Miracles are a sign of God working in the lives of His children.  They glorify Him, bring about His purposes, and validate what is being said and done in the name of Christ Jesus.  They, also, increase one's faith in Him.  The life of one walking close to God will be filled with miracles.
A man had been injured in a fall and was unable to work. Of course, due to

the circumstances, his family income was very low. The clothes dryer that he and his family had at the time had stopped working, so his wife would hang the clothes outside. Unfortunately, the clothes lines had been placed under a tree which dropped berries staining the clothes.
One day his wife asked him if he could fix the dryer and he told her that he would look at it  but that they did not have the money to fix it.
As he tilted the clothes dryer forward, coins (pennies, nickels, dimes and quarters) poured out from under the dryer, from the area of the motor. He looked to see how this was possible; how these coins could have gotten to where they were. There was no opening in the dryer tumbler allowing this to happen.
Several times he tilted the dryer forward and each time coins would spill out all over the floor; the floor was just covered.
As his wife proceeded to scoop these coins up, he found the problem to be a thermostat. When she asked him how much it would cost, he asked her how much she had collected; it was a little over ten or twelve dollars.  Then that would be how much it would cost to get the part needed, he replied.
When he purchased the part the next day, the amount needed was eleven cents more then his wife had scooped up. They didn't have much money at the time, however, they could afford the eleven cents so he purchased the part.
As he was putting the thermostat in, on the frame next to where he was installing it, was a ten cent piece (a dime) and directly below it on the floor was a one cent piece (a penny.) The amount needed to repair the dryer was supplied by God to the penny. Some might say that this was just coincidence, but it wasn't. Where the money came out from, only God could have placed it there; it was a miracle from Him.
